A good starting point for bankruptcy questions
I rent privately and Im on a periodic tenancy, I have never missed a payment to my landlord and have lived in the same property for over 4 years and have a guarantor, will the OR contact my landlord or is it best to speak with my landlord, thing is I could have a section 21 issued against me and could loose my home.

Hi Sharon

Your landlord will not be told if you go bankrupt. The Official Receiver is likely to ask you to supply a copy of your tenancy agreement but this is just for their record. More info about this is available here: Who finds out if you go Bankrupt

The only time your landlord will be told is if you have rent arrears which then must be included in your list of debts.
