You do not need to worry about your wife's inheritance. This is her money and can't be touched if you go bankrupt.
When you are completing the income and expenses section of your application you do have to put down your wife's earnings. The official receiver needs this info as they will expect her to contribute towards a percentage of the household living expenses.
